Welcome! My name is Ethan Connellan, a Personal Trainer from the heart of South Africa. With over 8 years of personal training experience, I have developed a well rounded and practical approach to fitness. I have learnt how diverse everyone's fitness journey is and what is required to achieve ones goals may be vastly different to another. This has helped me develop a highly individualistic approach to fitness and my clients. Invested in your goals, I will join you on your fitness journey to help get you to where you want to be. Whether it is flexibility, weight loss, running, body building or even calisthenics(bodyweight training), I will be with you every step of the way. I look forward to working with you!

I have worked with Ethan virtually for over 3 years via video chat. I initially linked up with him during COVID out of necessity since the gyms in our area were closed, but I found working out in my own home with my own equipment very convenient and it has been easy to schedule. Both my kids also work out with Ethan weekly and my wife does as well from time to time. I have been incredibly impressed with Ethan's knowledge of muscle movements and creativity with work out routines. He keeps it interesting and I have seen a lot of gains, even while I'm balancing lots of work travel and endurance events. He is able to be very detailed about feedback related to technique, which is impressive over video conferencing. It has been terrific to work with Ethan for this long and this consistently!
